Our Story
I began cooking in my early teens and continued to find it to be a soothing pastime as I grew older.
I started selling my chaotic collection of tasty Spanish food, which unexpectedly people enjoyed, to help raise money for a family member who later passed from cancer.
Ever since, I've felt a persistent urge to push things further.
My childhood nickname "Mia" is combined with the over-the-top, all-over flavors of the spices I employ to create "Mayhem" for the taste senses. The name "Miaz Mayhem" was born.
